Protecting Our Company
Be empowered to speak up.
Each and every voice at Longs Peak matters. If you see something that goes against our values, our Code of Conduct, or the law, you must report it, either anonymously or non-anonymously.
Contact your manager. If the manager is in question, you are empowered to contact another manager you trust.
Reach out to the Peoples Team through Employee Relations or your Human Resources Business Partner.
Contact the Ethics & Compliance Office via our TrustLine. If you choose to make a report using our TrustLine, you may report anonymously depending on the laws where you work.
Make an anonymous report through our Helpline.
We understand that it is more comfortable for some to report anonymously. You will always be asked if you wish to file a report anonymously.
Anti-Retaliation
Retaliation exists in many forms, including being excluded from social events, not getting promoted, being publicly ostracized, or being excluded from team or group activities. It is not acceptable to retaliate or to be retaliated against. Our promise to you is that anyone who speaks up in accordance with this policy will be protected from retaliation.
Reports will be investigated.
Speaking up when you see unethical or illegal action is not just something you should do, but it’s something you must do. And when reported, it's our obligation to investigate.
It doesn’t matter whether your report turns out to be true. If you make the report in good faith and with the best intentions of ridding out unethical or illegal action, that is the primary key.
